Guest Ratings & Reviews
I had a mixed experience at the hotel. The rooms were well-furnished and comfy, perfect for our family, but the gloomy interior view made it feel stuffy. The service was top-notch, with super friendly and helpful staff who even encouraged my attempts at speaking French. The location was ideal, close to the center and with plenty of dining options nearby. However, the dining area lacked phone signal which was inconvenient for work, and the breakfast could use more variety.
The hotel offers well-appointed and spacious rooms at a reasonable price, but the inconvenience of no elevator access and limited bathroom use was a downside. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. The location is great for exploring Paris on foot, but not ideal for those seeking a quick drive to major attractions. The dining options were good, although with room for improvement in terms of variety and ease of access. The facilities are adequate for a comfortable stay.
The hotel is centrally located, making it easy to explore Paris on foot. The rooms, although small with slanted ceilings due to the roofline, are decent for solo travelers. The service provided by the front desk staff is professional and friendly, but some communication issues were encountered. The dining options offer a buffet with plenty of choices. Overall, a convenient hotel with a great location, despite room size constraints.
I had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The location is fantastic, surrounded by numerous great restaurants and cafes, and the rooms, although small in parts due to the roof line, are cozy and very clean. The service staff were helpful and spoke English, which was convenient for me. The hotel's location is excellent, close to metro stops, restaurants, and shops, making it perfect for experiencing the true French vibes. The dining experience offered a continental style with a variety of options. Overall, a great value for money.
I initially loved the stellar location, being conveniently close to Gare de l'est and Canal St-Martin for a taste of Parisian nightlife. However, the lack of soundproofing made the rooms feel somewhat gloomy and cramped. The service had its moments, with a mix of helpfulness and confusion. The Continental style dining was a pleasant touch, but the overall experience was a bit average. The hotel's facilities were decent, catering to basic needs.
